Wealth management’s regulatory, tax and client reporting had to be rebuilt globally, across Zurich, London and New York.
Led the rebuild as technical architect and programme manager, latterly as Executive Director.

2009–2010 · Program Manager
A mission-critical programme to transfer a syndicated loan book was in difficulty.
Took it over as programme manager and turned it around.
Building a platform

2015–2020 · Chief Technology Officer
A venture-backed marketplace needed a platform for retailers to create and distribute shoppable video.
Built the platform and led product and technology for five years as CTO.
Chancery Works holds and licenses the intellectual property. Its imprint, Clarkehouse Press, publishes the books.
